Why You’ll Love This Role: Salary up to $89,600 (negotiable based on experience) Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Manage a very centralised CBD portfolio – no long travel times Supported by dedicated leasing & admin staff Earn new business commissions on top of base salary Phone, iPad & car park provided About the Role: End-to-end management of a 180-property portfolio Liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades to deliver premium service Conduct routine, entry, and vacate inspections Oversee lease renewals, maintenance, and VCAT preparation Work with modern systems including PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and IRE About You: Experience in end-to-end property management Strong communication and organisation skills Confident working with modern property management software Professional, reliable, and client-focused The Opportunity: This role suits a confident Property Manager who wants to manage a centralised CBD portfolio, supported by a strong leadership team and modern tools.
